Energy as information and constrained endogenous RNA interference

Found this pdf (via the creator on twitter) and am intrigued at the idea but still pondering what the document says.  I just don't know enough about RNAi to be able to discuss it knowledgeably.  I'm also not sure I really care either, lol.  It seems too reductionist generally (although there are moments when I appreciate reductionist models of mechanism).

However, it manages to capture food, light, environment all together.

i have found him impossible to enter into discourse with, and, unfortunately he thinks viruses are behind all cell degradation.  its been impossible to discuss with him the idea that the lack of charge channelling though the cell (light) determines whether it decomposes into "viral-like" particles.
Instead he insists on biblical genesis and so forth, and refuses to answer why this almighty genesis considered making a virus as a pesky annoyance in the first place.
